Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery of software components.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI modules within the S/4HANA Central Finance environment.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and integration points within SAP landscapes.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with SAP data migration and reconciliation techniques.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing SAP Central Finance performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
