Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern development frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability and a focus on continuous enhancement of software performance and functionality to support evolving organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software applications to enhance performance and user experience.
- Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OutSystems.
- Experience in designing and developing scalable software components using modern development frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in OutSystems.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
