Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing tailored software solutions. The role includes coding and testing multiple components of application code to ensure functionality and performance. Additionally, the position requires performing maintenance and enhancements to existing systems, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation to evolving client needs. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders to align development efforts with project goals is also a key aspect of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Document development processes and maintain clear communication channels within the team.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Graph Databases, Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong understanding of database design principles and query optimization for graph-based data structures.
- Experience in developing and maintaining scalable software applications using graph database technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to data storage and retrieval in graph databases.
- Familiarity with integration of graph databases with other software components and services.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Graph Databases.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
