Job Title: Junior Associate/Associate - AI Prompt & Market Rollout Specialist
Career Level: C1/C2
Introduction to role:
Are you ready to turn cutting-edge generative AI into better customer conversations that ultimately improve patient outcomes? Join the team scaling an AI Coach that uses Meta-Skills Avatars to elevate field engagement across multiple brands and markets. You will help translate global benchmark avatars into market-ready experiences, shaping a strategic capability that connects technology, commercial excellence, and measurable impact in the field.
You will orchestrate complex, parallel rollouts across 40–50 markets while getting hands-on with prompt and context engineering for six brands, with potential expansion into additional therapy areas. Working closely with Commercial, Medical Excellence, GBS, and Commercial IT stakeholders, you will drive quality, speed, and adoption from pilot to launch. Can you balance precision in prompts with the pace needed to deliver hundreds of avatars in year one?
Based in India and aligned to European time zones, you will operate in English and collaborate globally, coordinating market stakeholders and enabling rapid adaptation within our governance and compliance frameworks.
Accountabilities:
- Market coordination: Build and maintain market-specific rollout plans to achieve on-time pilots and launches across 40–50 markets; manage dependencies, sequencing, and cross-market timelines to keep the program moving at pace.
- Prompt and context engineering: Customize 3–4 scenarios per brand and approximately nine prompts per scenario, adapting persona, language, and local context while preserving core feedback logic to improve realism and learning outcomes.
- Avatar adaptation: Guide markets to complete fast-turn adaptations (1–6 hours per avatar), including persona and face changes, language localization, and scenario tweaks; validate first-time translations to reduce rework and maintain precision.
- Testing and QA orchestration: Run market testing cycles, capture structured feedback, iterate prompts quickly, and ensure regulatory, medical, and brand alignment across commercial use cases.
- Governance and change management: Partner with change leads to socialize the AI Coach, manage approval gates, and sustain adoption metrics; keep leadership informed with clear, cadence-based reporting.
- Capacity planning: Model throughput to hit an annual target of 200–250 avatars; forecast resource needs and recommend resourcing plans and support model enhancements to meet business priorities.
- Stakeholder integration: Collaborate across GBS, Commercial IT, and business teams to evolve enterprise-wide prompt and context engineering capability, connecting technical work to commercial value.
- Enablement and training: Leverage Meta-Skills onboarding, support SME training for Avatar Studio, and produce templates and playbooks that standardize market adaptations to reduce variance.
- Risk and compliance: Apply brand, medical, and regulatory guardrails consistently; surface risks early and drive mitigation across markets and brands to protect quality and speed.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Experience: 4-6 years in commercial learning technologies, conversational AI, or digital rollout across multiple markets; experience coordinating vendors and internal teams.
- Technical skills: Hands-on with generative AI prompting, context curation, and scenario design; familiarity with avatar-based simulations and feedback frameworks.
- Domain knowledge: Understanding of pharma commercial practices (PCS/customer engagement), brand localization, and approval workflows; knowledge of medical/market access contexts is a plus.
- Language and localization: Experience guiding multilingual deployments; comfortable validating translations for accuracy and tone, even when core logic remains unchanged.
- Project delivery: Strong program coordination, QA, and governance execution; adept at tracking milestones across parallel rollouts. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Communication: Clear, structured communication with market stakeholders and executives; ability to produce concise status, risks, and adoption insights.
- Tools: Exposure to Avatar Studio or similar; prompt repositories, QA frameworks, and basic analytics; SSO-aware user flows and compliance processes.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Experience with RAG-enhanced prompting.
- Prior work in BBU brands or similar therapeutic areas; understanding of iCVA, adoption ladders, and objection handling.
