Summary:
As a Workplace Management Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing workplace services across multiple locations to ensure smooth operations. This role includes managing space planning, coordinating facilities, and ensuring safety compliance while providing onsite support. The practitioner utilizes various tools and data-driven solutions to maintain efficient and high-quality work environments. The focus is on creating safe, functional, and well-managed workplaces that enhance employee productivity and align with organizational objectives. Collaboration with different teams and continuous monitoring of workplace conditions are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Drive build-oriented initiatives by designing, implementing, and delivering workplace management solutions across multiple Microsoft projects, adapting to varying business and technical requirements.
Lead initiatives to improve workplace efficiency and employee experience.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of workplace services.
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and workplace policies.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating their development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
Experience in managing workplace services and facilities using digital tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse workplace management tasks.
Ability to analyze data and leverage insights to optimize space utilization and workplace operations.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Knowledge of safety compliance standards and best practices in workplace management.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
