Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, a typical day involves supporting and managing the delivery of production systems and services to ensure they meet operational requirements and service agreements. This role requires continuous monitoring and coordination to maintain system stability and performance. The position demands proactive engagement with various teams to address any operational challenges and ensure seamless service delivery throughout the day. The Operations Engineer plays a vital role in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of production environments, contributing to overall business continuity and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks or bottlenecks.
- Document operational procedures and share knowledge to support team growth and efficiency.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Vmware Virtualization Administration.
- Experience in managing virtualized environments and troubleshooting related issues.
- Strong understanding of virtualization concepts, including resource allocation and optimization.
- Ability to configure and maintain virtual machines, hosts, and clusters.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance tuning in virtualized infrastructures.
- Knowledge of backup and recovery processes within virtual environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Vmware Virtualization Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
