Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong knowledge of data governance principles and master data management processes.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP MDG applications to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the SAP MDG environment.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess system performance and recommend improvements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
