As a Technology Educator, a typical day involves actively engaging with learners to enhance their capabilities in the technology sector. This role focuses on delivering foundational training that supports professional growth and industry readiness. The Technology Educator plays a key part in designing and refining educational content, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the technology talent market. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain the relevance of training programs and contributing to the development of assessment materials are integral to daily activities. The role demands a proactive approach to fostering continuous learning and skill enhancement among participants.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training interventions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices within the team.
- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and mentorship to foster their development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Storytelling.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technology concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to design engaging and interactive training modules that cater to various learning styles.
- Experience in developing assessment tools and certification content to evaluate learner progress.
- Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training objectives with organizational goals.
- Skilled in adapting educational materials to keep pace with technological advancements and industry trends.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Storytelling.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
