The Partner Manager DG is responsible for managing, retaining, and growing a portfolio of advertising partners across agency and/or direct advertiser relationships, with a strong emphasis on outbound prospecting and qualification to fuel the Demand Gen function. This role blends consultative account management, high-quality outbound outreach, BANT-based qualification, digital marketing expertise, and data-driven insight to deliver measurable business outcomes and long-term partner success. As a trusted advisor, the Partner Manager DG develops a strong understanding of partner business objectives and translates discovery and performance insights into actionable recommendations.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, fluency in digital advertising KPIs, confidence engaging C-level and senior stakeholders, and the ability to manage multiple active opportunities while driving revenue growth and partner satisfaction. Partner Managers DG collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Leadership teams to align strategy, support revenue forecasting, and contribute to continuous process improvement. Depending on role designation, the Partner Manager DG may support digital managed growth programs, agency portfolios, or direct advertiser accounts.

Key Responsibilities (Applicable to all Partner Managers DG)

● Manage a portfolio of new and existing digital advertising partners, ensuring high-quality discovery, qualification, and partner satisfaction.

● Use BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) or similar qualification frameworks to assess opportunity quality and prioritize pipeline.

● Retain and grow revenue by identifying upsell, cross-sell, reactivation, and expansion opportunities.

● Develop a deep understanding of partner business goals and translate performance data and discovery findings into strategic recommendations.

● Track, analyze, and report on key advertising and business metrics, including CPA, ROI, ROAS, CPC, and conversion performance, to inform qualification and handoffs.

● Lead structured, consultative conversations with C-level and senior marketing decision-makers to understand objectives and position relevant solutions.

● Maintain accurate account records, partner communications, and pipeline activity within CRM systems.

● Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, and Leadership teams to align strategy and performance goals.

● Communicate product updates, beta programs, and feature enhancements to partners and internal stakeholders.

● Independently identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.

● Engage senior and C-level decision-makers to align on strategic priorities and secure commitment to next steps.

Qualifications
