Manage end‑to‑end onboarding for all Sanofi India employees. Ensure a consistent, high‑quality new‑hire experience by aligning global onboarding standards with local requirements. Manage onboarding processes, tools (including Appical), documentation compliance, cross‑functional partnerships, and the India Buddy Program.

Main responsibilities:

  • Own Day 1 experience, communication, and process consistency across India. Act as central onboarding SPOC and implement global onboarding initiatives (Appical, harmonization, Buddy app).

  • Oversee all local onboarding SPOCs; directly manage onboarding for Mumbai & Delhi. Manage welcome kits, vendors, budgets, and monthly onboarding KPIs. Handle Passport onboarding cases and ensure timely closure.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, audits, and statutory norms. Conduct documentation audits; manage updates to templates and SOPs. Serve as the audit SPOC for onboarding-related queries (EBI, PV, HSE, Legal, etc.).

  • Administer Appical (user management, content updates). Maintain onboarding content across systems (OneSupport, templates, presentations). Handle Tier 2 onboarding tickets and CREW approval issues with EWF.

  • Maintain and expand trained buddy pool across functions. Assign buddies weekly for all new hires; run quarterly buddy cycles. Conduct buddy training, engagement connects and manage Teams buddy community. Participate in global buddy tool development/testing.

  • Identify and implement process, system, and communication improvements. Enhance pre-joining and Day 1 experience; run new-hire focus groups. Track feedback and drive simplification initiatives.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree; 7–10 years HR operations/onboarding experience.

  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and HRIS exposure (Workday/Appical preferred).

  • Experience with process improvement, documentation, and vendor management.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and compliance mindset. Data-driven decision making. Strong facilitation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, and HR systems.

  • Onboarding completion timeliness, documentation accuracy, new-hire satisfaction. Buddy program effectiveness. Stakeholder satisfaction and SLA adherence.

  • Successful implementation of global initiatives and local improvements.
