Who we are looking for: Individuals to coordinate the review of documentation to open international accounts for clients, onboard new business into State Street, closing of accounts, amendment processing and management of the renewal process in markets where investment licenses expire and require documentation for renewal.

What you will be responsible for:

The responsibilities of this role will include, but will not be limited to:

  • 5-6 years of experience in Global Custody Account Opening, Account Maintenance, or related financial services operations.
  • Work with client service teams and local sub custodian banks to facilitate client account openings, closings, conversions, renewals and amendment requests
  • Strong understanding of custody and securities services operations.
  • Knowledge of SWIFT messaging standards.
  • Familiarity with account opening systems and market documentation requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and enhance client experience.
  • Ensure adherence to operational controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Identify process risks and recommend control enhancements to mitigate operational and regulatory risks.
  • Develop, review, and maintain departmental SOP in response to regulatory and business changes.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of MCH applications
  • Maintain a strong understanding of global market account structures and regulatory requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
