Overview
The Corporate Treasury team is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to support the development, enhancement, and operational enablement of settlement services across Mastercard’s core network. This role will work closely with senior team members and cross-functional partners to analyze requirements, coordinate projects, and support the implementation of settlement-related capabilities.

• Support the analysis, design, and implementation of enhancements to settlement services and related Treasury capabilities.
• Collaborate with business units and the product teams to gather requirements, evaluate operational impacts, and support delivery of new or improved settlement processes.
• Conduct financial, operational, regulatory, customer, and system impact analysis.
• Prepare materials and insights for leadership review, ensuring clear communication of findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with Technology teams to ensure requirements are documented, understood, and properly implemented.
• Assist in identifying risks, potential impacts, and mitigation strategies related to settlement services.
• Manage assigned projects and workstreams, including planning, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, managing dependencies, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and according to scope.
• Maintain strong cross-functional relationships and act as a dependable Treasury partner across projects and initiatives.
