We are hiring a Principal Associate L&D. This function supports key business priorities for the LoB. You will work with cross functional teams across HR and the LoBs to advance strategic imperatives. You ew knowledge base may need to be created or enhanced.

General Responsibilities

  • Needs Analysis : Proactively meet with internal clients(could be LoBs/HRBPs) to fully understand their business strategies and learning needs or requirements.

  • Program Design : Identify and design integrated learning solutions to fill performance and development gaps using adult learning methodologies and training techniques

  • Training Delivery : Facilitate in-person or virtual training sessions. Ensure availability of learning materials and resources. 

  • Metrics & Evaluation : Assess the success and effectiveness of the training plans and suggest appropriate changes to them to further enhance their results within the scope of the learning and development function

  • Vendors & Budgets :  Work on identifying and hiring specific L&D consultants and be a point of contact between the company and the external trainers, be able to track budgets, spending

Basic Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources
  • At least 3 years of experience working in the learning & development industry 
  • At least 3 years of experience in learning consultation 
  • At least 3 years of experience in learning curriculum design and development
  • At least 3 years of experience managing the execution of training programs
