Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP MM modules to align with business workflows.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot system issues related to materials management and supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MM and other SAP modules or third-party applications.
- Competence in documenting technical specifications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
