Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices for software development and deployment.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of software solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- Strong experience in writing efficient and maintainable code using procedural extensions to SQL.
- Ability to optimize database interactions and improve application performance through effective use of PLSQL.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and troubleshooting complex database-driven applications.
- Experience in integrating PLSQL components with other software modules and services.
- Understanding of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- This position is based at CDC5A - STPI.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
