Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies, ensuring that the software you develop is scalable and performs efficiently. Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements through innovative approaches and continuous enhancement of existing functionalities, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software components to enhance performance and maintainability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Experience with component-based architecture and state management techniques.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles and responsive design.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Experience in debugging and optimizing web applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in React.js.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
