Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain and optimize existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
- Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and enhancing custom software solutions using SAP ABAP within HANA environments.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and ability to optimize code for performance in SAP HANA.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and modern development frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP ABAP applications.
- Experience in integrating SAP ABAP components with other enterprise systems and applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
