Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking full ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This includes managing the configuration, integration, and deployment processes to ensure seamless operation. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive solution enhancements and address evolving needs is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance platform reliability and efficiency.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Axway API Management Platform.
- Experience with API lifecycle management including design, deployment, and monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud environments and SaaS deployment models.
- Excellent understanding of platform security and compliance requirements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Axway API Management Platform.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
