The Work

As a Business Design Specialist, you will help clients design new products, services, and experiences by applying human-centered design principles.

• Conducting customer, market, and stakeholder research
• Creating customer journeys, service blueprints, and personas
• Supporting innovation and design-thinking workshops
• Translating insights into actionable business recommendations
• Developing storytelling materials and executive presentations
• Collaborating with strategists, designers, and technologists
• Supporting product and service innovation initiatives

Here's What You Need

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in business design, service design, strategy, innovation, or experience consulting
• Understanding of Design Thinking methodologies
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
