Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned workflows independently, ensuring consistency and efficiency in day-to-day operations.

  • Support ongoing and future team projects by contributing to planning, execution, and follow-through.

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline workflows, drive operational efficiency, and maintain clear, consistent communication across departments.

  • Perform critical quality control checks, including audits, to maintain high standards within operational processes.

  • Lead ad hoc initiatives and projects to support operational excellence and ensure compliance with internal standards.

  • Work closely with team leadership to refine processes and improve system efficiencies in support of growth.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Biological Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field), or equivalent experience.

  • Proficient in critical thinking, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrates organizational skills and a structured, methodical approach to work, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in task execution.

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a high-performing team.

  • Ability to rapidly learn new skills and adapt effectively to changing processes and environments.

  • A drive to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, energetic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience handling and maintaining the confidentiality of Protected Health Information (PHI).

  • Experience working within an FDA-regulated industry.

  • Basic knowledge of generative AI.

CHI: $50,000-$55,000


The expected salary range may vary for other locations. Actual salary may vary based on qualifications and experience. Tempus offers a full range of benefits, which may include incentive compensation, restricted stock units, medical and other benefits depending on the position.
