BPR: Supply Chain is part of IS&T and drives the technology behind Apple's global operations, sales, and supply chain. The team connects the systems that move products from factory to customer — bridging sales platforms with the operational infrastructure that keeps Apple running at scale and ensuring Apple's technology and business priorities move in lockstep.
Description

As Support Program Manager you will be responsible for collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure Operations Systems are sustainable, scalable, achieve optimal performance and enable our functional business team to deliver Apple’s customer commitment. The BizOps Program Manager drives continuous improvement strategies across business processes and systems to launch products on time, with high quality and maximum customer availability for both Appleʼs B2C and B2B Channel.
Responsibilities
Develop a production support strategy that prioritizes prevention through the utilization of technology.
Implement AI/ML to analyze patterns and establish roadmaps for effective execution.
Production Support - Manage the delivery of day-to-day sustaining support activities including L1/L2 Support for IS&T and Non-IS&T applications.
These activities include, but are not limited to: (a) Incident Management (b) Downtime Management (c) Quarter End Support, (d) Quarterly Business Reviews, Monthly Reporting/Analytics and Leadership cadences.
Develop a management system that fosters collaboration among organizations to drive continuous improvement.
Conduct monthly cross-functional review boards and quarterly review boards at the application and process levels.
Incubate and innovate new technology & processes that focus on efficient ways of conducting activities.
Drive down data and process issues through increased awareness and training.
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS/MS Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science or any Engineering field or equivalent experience.
10+ years as a program manager, or team lead in global organizations.
5+ years expertise in Operations Order to Cash process and systems.
5+ years experience with SAP ECC/S4 Hana.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing SLAʼs for Systems/Application performance.
Experience leading projects and driving change management strategies to improve end to end SDLC practices.
Experience with Business Intelligence and AI/ML technologies applied to systems monitoring or predictive readiness.
Understanding of O2C, B2C & B2B operations fulfillment processes.
PMI/PMP certification preferred.
Certified Scrum Master preferred.
Certifications in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA preferred.
Excellent project management skills, experience working in a matrix organization.
Proven Experience in working in both cross functional and global contexts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
Executive Presence - proven ability to effectively and succinctly present complex topics, initiatives, post mortem, proposals to a diverse leadership audience.
Strong problem-solving techniques for issue resolution.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with our business partners on the status of systems issues and resolution strategy.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills required to serve diverse customer base and deal effectively with escalating issues.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, high sense of urgency; thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced, global environments.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $140,700 and $268,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
