Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Position Title: Manager, Global P2C Innovation Readiness & Enablement
Department: GBGA
Location: Toronto / Indy / Seattle

Are you passionate about planning, coordinating, and delivering training programs tailored to diverse stakeholders? Do you excel at recommending learning interventions based on stakeholder needs? We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to lead training delivery within our organization. In this role, you will evaluate stakeholder needs and requirements, ensuring that the GSX Enablement and Change programs are delivered seamlessly and are of the highest quality to support our learning operations. You will play a key role in designing and recommending best-in-class learning solutions, and will have the opportunity to lead intakes, assessments, and projects, including defining learning objectives, creating scope, developing plans, managing resources, and guiding the execution process. Your focus will be on optimizing the learning function by increasing the efficiency of operations, effectiveness of learning programs, and alignment with business strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead P2C Domains for the Global Seller Experience, Tooling and Operators workstream for our Global Seller organization, effectively and efficiently executing seamless enablement strategies and objectives in close partnership with Q2C.
  • Work with enablement partners across Revenue Operations, DET, Field Readiness, Corporate Development, Communications, Change Management and impacted business stakeholders to be accountable for the successful delivery and adoption of program initiatives.
  • Formulate the enablement management strategy and plan to facilitate a successful transition, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and role-based training activities.
  • Be the trusted advisor for drafting and deploying targeted messaging and training materials to build awareness, knowledge, and skills with key stakeholders.
  • Manage the successful execution of the end-to-end change management program, applying strong project management skills to identify and mitigate risks/issues as they arise.
  • Build executive presentations, enablement offerings, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Sales Onboarding teams to setup programmatic opportunities to ensure our Sales teams understand how to maximize their deal lifecycles, including Train the Trainer, Just-in-Time (JIT), and true-up training.
  • Actively listen to Sales feedback through cases, survey responses, and by conducting regular training needs analysis to continuously improve Change and Enablement offerings.
  • Develop and drive strategies that will provide employees with the resources and knowledge they need through various learning formats, such as podcasts and how-to videos.
  • Maintain strong partnership with all impacted operational roles, including TOPS, Data Quality, SOPs, Deal Desk, C&C, and others, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
  • Develop impact assessment and stakeholder analysis deliverables to document how technology changes will impact each business team and role.
  • Partner closely with project teams and senior executives across the company.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the Seller experience to help uncover gaps that can be used to build a successful enablement program.

Here’s what we’re seeking:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, including but not limited to Business Administration, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or Change Management.
  • 7+ years developing and implementing training and/or change management strategies.
  • Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, course development processes, and mobile learning best practices.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise-wide, transformational, and multi-disciplinary change initiatives, with a focus on learning and enablement.
  • Ability to mobilize and lead large, complex cross-functional project teams for training and enablement projects.
  • Experienced in enabling a Global Sales team in (high) tech or consulting, or similar industries, with an understanding of sales enablement or training for diverse, multi-functional teams.
  • Experience creating best-in-class deliverables and facilitating training to audiences as small as one and as large as 10,000, with a focus on scalable delivery methods.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)/Cloud computing experience, knowledge of sales operations/quote-to-cash (a plus).
  • Experience with informal learning, blended learning, and reinforcement programs.
  • Proficiency in enablement program / change management.
  • Exceptional consulting and communication skills including an engaging presentation style, strong group facilitation skills, change management, and clear and precise writing
  • AI Fluency and Digital Curiosity: We're looking for someone genuinely curious about modern AI tools and comfortable putting them to work. Someone who welcomes the opportunity to explore new platforms as they emerge. In this role, AI will be a true partner in scaling enablement impact, not simply a tool for executing tasks.
    • Claude / Gemini: Confidently use generative AI assistants to draft training content, synthesize research, distill stakeholder feedback, and bring enablement materials and communications to life more quickly.
    • Slack & Slackbot: Draw on Slack AI and Slackbot skills and workflows to streamline status updates, surface change-impact signals from channel and thread history, and keep enablement programs running smoothly with less manual effort.
    • NotebookLM: Transform complex and heavy source content such as: policy documents, product specs, call transcripts into clear, structured briefings, FAQs, and training-ready summaries.
    • Other AI tools: Bring a builder's spirit to emerging AI platforms, a genuine willingness to experiment, evaluate, and share recommendations on where AI can elevate the speed and quality of enablement delivery.
