The Coordinator supports the successful movement of international shipments by ensuring required information and documentation are collected, accurately entered, and provided to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner. This is a support-focused role and does not independently make trade compliance, routing, financial, or regulatory decisions. Issues requiring business, compliance, financial, or management decisions are escalated to the appropriate team or designated owner.
Key job responsibilities
• Assists with the coordination of international import & export shipments
• Enters and maintains shipment information in applicable logistics systems & tracking tools
• Creates or assists with shipping documentation based on established procedures
• Monitors shipment statuses & provides updates to internal stakeholders
• Follows up with carriers, freight forwarders, vendors, and suppliers regarding shipment statuses and required information
• Assists with scheduling pickups, deliveries, and transportation activities
• Supports shipment exception management by identifying issues and escalating them to the
appropriate owner
• Collects required shipment information from internal teams, suppliers, and vendors.
• Assists with preparation & review of commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading,
certificates, and other shipping documents.
• Verifies documents are complete & consistent with the information provided
• Identifies missing or conflicting information & requests corrections before shipment processing
• Maintains electronic shipment records & documentation in accordance with company
procedures
• Supports document retrieval for audits, shipment inquiries, and internal requests
• Provides administrative support to the Import/Export & Trade Compliance teams
• Assists with gathering information required for customs clearance
• Coordinates documentation requests between internal stakeholders, customs brokers, freight
forwarders, and suppliers
• Tracks customs clearance status & communicates necessary requirements
• Escalates potential customs, export-control, documentation, or regulatory issues to the
appropriate stakeholder
• Follows established country-specific shipping and compliance procedures

The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
