We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our fast-paced warehouse environment. In this role, you will be responsible for working with a variety of stakeholders to coordinate and prepare outbound shipments from Kirkland to domestic and international locations, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork experience, excellent problem-solving abilities, robust communication skills, and a keen eye for process improvement to drive our team's success in meeting service level agreements and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.

The starting pay for this role in Washington State is up to $32/hour and employees are eligible for incremental raises based on tenure. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits are provided. This information is provided per the Washington State Pay Transparency Act. Base pay information is based on market location. Key job responsibilities
Monitor and report on key performance indicators and service level agreements
Communicate important information to various stakeholders while managing tight timelines to ensure an on-time delivery
Accurately label dangerous goods for domestic and international shipments
Maintain quality control and accuracy on shipping metrics
Prepare (pack) various items for time-sensitive small parcel or freight requests
Coordinate and improve upon current outbound shipping processes
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and proper equipment usage
Monitor and prioritize urgent requests and high-priority tasks
Collaborate with cross-competent teams on process improvements
Ensure proper metrics tracking and record-keeping
Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain operational efficiency

The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
