Job Description – Python Technical Lead
Location: Bangalore
Team Size: Lead a team of 4 engineers

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of approximately 5 developers.
Own end-to-end technical delivery of software products and engineering tools.
Define architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
Conduct code reviews and ensure software quality and maintainability.
Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and domain experts.
Application Development
Design and develop robust Python-based applications.
Design application with Microservices Architecture
Develop desktop applications using PySide/Qt.
Create engineering dashboards, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
Build data processing and analytics workflows.
Develop REST APIs and backend services where needed.
Analytics & Automation
Build and maintain automated data processing pipelines.
Integrate MATLAB-based algorithms into Python applications.
Develop solutions for data analysis, reporting, KPI generation, and engineering simulations.
Optimize application performance and scalability.
DevOps & Delivery
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Manage Jenkins automation workflows.
Support Docker-based deployments.
Drive release management and development best practices.
