Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by diligently investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, identifying root causes of disruptions, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely solutions that support business continuity and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor system alerts and logs to proactively detect potential problems before they impact users.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica MDM.
- Experience with data integration and master data management concepts related to Informatica MDM.
- Strong problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve complex application issues.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques to ensure application health.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to coordinate issue resolution and system updates.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Informatica MDM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
