Discover Impactful Work:

As a TMF Support Coordinator, you will provide administrative and technical support to project teams by filing documents in PPD’s eTMF and/or client eTMFs.

As part of the Project Support Services team you will work closely as a team, providing support and ideas for day to day activities. Your engagement and level of dedication will ensure that our project teams would receive the administrative and technical support they needs. You will have a mentor who will help you navigate through our organization and processes and receive the best support, which will ensure you are on your way to reaching your goals.

Being part of the Project Support Services team, you will be introduced to many diverse parts of the company and to other interns across Europe. You will have a wide portfolio of exciting tasks to complete. Plus test your natural curiosity in providing administrative and technical support to the team proactively, educating yourself about the clinical research industry and master your skills to measure your business progress.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative and technical support to project teams by filing documents in PPD’s eTMF and/or client eTMFs
  • Files and maintains documents in client systems in line with study requirements.

  • Provides administrative support to project teams through accurate filing of study documents in electronic systems (eTMF).

  • Maintains well-organized documentation across study, country, and site levels.

  • Ensures documents are appropriately named, categorized, and easily retrievable.

  • Performs basic quality checks to confirm document completeness prior to filing.

  • Updates document statuses (e.g., “Approved”) in line with defined processes.

  • Classifies and indexes documents in accordance with established guidelines and standards.

  • Monitors document completeness and follows up on outstanding items with relevant team members.

  • Identifies and escalates any discrepancies or issues in documentation.

  • Maintains accurate tracking of documents and ensures systems are kept up to date.

  • Supports routine system-related activities, including access requests.

  • You also have excellent administration and organization skills and the ability to prioritize and time handle various tasks

  • Results oriented

  • Demonstrate a positive demeanor and desire to succeed

  • Exhibits a high degree of flexibility in adapting to a constantly evolving business environment

  • English proficiency

  • Knowledge of any other foreign language at B1 or above level is highly desirable.
