About the Role

We are looking for an Eloqua Technical Support Specialist who will support the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Automation team and help ensure the reliability of marketing platforms, integrations, and data processes. You will work closely with marketing, CRM, and technical stakeholders to support campaign delivery, maintain system integrations, manage incoming requests, and contribute to continuous improvements across the marketing automation ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Oracle Eloqua and related marketing automation platforms.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between Eloqua, Salesforce, and other marketing tools.
• Manage incoming requests, tickets, and technical incidents from internal users.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to support technical and operational marketing projects.
• Ensure data synchronization quality and investigate system or tracking issues.
• Analyze platform performance and recommend improvements.
• Support data quality initiatives and process optimization activities.
• Document system processes, integration requirements, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Experience working with Oracle Eloqua or a similar marketing automation platform.
• Understanding of system integrations and data synchronization processes.
• Strong English communication skills (B2+).
• Ability to coordinate multiple requests and work effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with APIs and systems integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Experience with SQL, SOQL, or similar query languages.
• Understanding of Oracle technologies.
• Previous experience with ticketing systems and support processes.
• Basic coding knowledge or technical troubleshooting experience.
