Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive testing strategies that span the entire application lifecycle. The role focuses on integrating various components and ecosystems to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality outcomes. Daily activities include continuous testing across security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites, alongside developing and maintaining automation frameworks. The position also involves active participation in code reviews, defect monitoring, and reporting, all aimed at fostering ongoing enhancements in testing processes and overall product quality.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to define and implement automation strategies that align with project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to promote skill development and best practices.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure testing activities meet quality standards and project requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to support automated testing.
- Familiarity with API testing and security testing methodologies to ensure robust application protection.
- Ability to analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of environment configuration and data management to support reliable and repeatable test execution.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
