Collaboration and continuous refinement of the software are key aspects, ensuring that the final product aligns with organizational goals and user expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead data migration planning and execution across IFS Cloud implementation and upgrade
projects.
Develop and maintain data migration strategies, plans, timelines, and execution approaches.
Analyze business and legacy data requirements and translate them into effective migration
solutions.
Work closely with functional teams to understand source data, target structures, transformation
requirements, and business rules.
Design and execute data migration activities using IFS Data Migration Manager and FND
Migration Tools.
Configure and maintain migration jobs, templates, mappings, and related migration
components.
Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, cleansing, and loading activities.
Coordinate and support multiple migration cycles, including mock migrations, SIT, UAT, cutover,
and production migration.
Identify and resolve migration errors, data inconsistencies, and data quality issues.
Perform reconciliation between source and target systems and ensure migrated data meets
agreed business requirements.
Monitor migration execution and provide status, issue, and progress updates to project
stakeholders.
Collaborate with functional consultants, technical consultants, business users, and project
managers to ensure successful migration delivery.
Review migration solutions and provide technical guidance to other migration consultants.
Prepare migration documentation, mapping specifications, execution procedures, and
reconciliation reports.
Support cutover planning and execution activities, including final data migration and validation.
Contribute to the development of migration standards, reusable approaches, and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills
Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on experience in IFS Cloud Data Migration.
Proven experience in leading data migration planning and execution.
Mandatory experience working with:
o IFS Data Migration Manager
o IFS FND Migration Tools
Good understanding of IFS Cloud data structures, entities, logical units, and application
architecture.
Experience developing and executing migration jobs and migration templates.
Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation.
Experience handling complex migration scenarios involving large volumes of data.
Ability to troubleshoot migration errors and identify root causes.
Good understanding of source-to-target data mapping and migration dependencies.
Experience working with SQL/PLSQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of migration sequencing and dependencies between IFS modules and
business objects.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IFS Solutions.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
