Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise content management solutions. The role requires to have hands-on experience in IBM FileNet P8, IBM Content Navigator (ICN), workflow development, and modern Java technologies such as Spring Boot and REST APIs. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and responsiveness to evolving project demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain IBM FileNet P8 solutions.
- Develop and customize FileNet workflows, document classes, metadata models, security groups, and content repositories
- Build and enhance backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and RESTful services.
- Integrate FileNet with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
- Develop custom components using IBM Content Navigator (ICN) plugins and APIs.
- Perform application analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM FileNet ECM Tools.
- Experience in designing and developing custom software components using modern development frameworks.
- Experience in FileNet upgrades, migrations, and administration.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system performance and reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in IBM FileNet ECM Tools with Java technologies such as Spring Boot and REST APIs.
- This position is based at our PDC5A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
