Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, Lead the operational delivery of the AJO (Adobe Journey Optimizer) stream from India: backlog management, offshore developer team coordination, quality assurance, and timeline adherence. Relays decisions and priorities received from the France Lead.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage backlog, sprints and roadmap for the AJO stream in coordination with the France Lead
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-up, sprint review, retrospective) for the offshore AJO team
- Supervise and mentor offshore AJO developers
- Track delivery KPIs, identify risks and escalate blockers to the France Lead
- Ensure deliverable quality before handover
- Manage dependencies with the RTCDP, AEM and E2E Test streams

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Adobe Journey Optimizer: channel configuration (email, SMS, push, in-app, web, direct mail), surface and channel configuration management
- Journey modeling: Journey Canvas, entry conditions, wait nodes, split/merge logic, frequency capping
- Decision Management (Offer Decisioning): offer catalog, eligibility rules, ranking and capping
- AJO AEP integration: Real-Time CDP audience consumption, experience events, unified profiles
- Content Templates & Fragments in AJO, integration with AEM Content Fragments
- AJO reporting: delivery performance dashboards, engagement metrics, fatigue analysis
- Adobe I/O Runtime APIs for external event orchestration
- Functional knowledge of banking journeys: onboarding, re-engagement, cross-sell, transactional alerts
- Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Journey Optimizer Business Practitioner (mandatory)
- Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Real-Time CDP (recommended)
- Agile / Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) appreciated

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have 8+ years in IT/digital project management, experience managing offshore teams, functional knowledge of AJO or a customer journey orchestration platform.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
