Packaged/SaaS App Engineering Lead

Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions, overseeing configuration, integrations, and releases. Set platform standards to ensure stability, performance, and alignment with business and vendor constraints.

Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the design and continuous improvement of packaged or software as a service solutions. This role includes managing configurations, integrations, and release processes to ensure seamless operation. The position requires coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain platform stability and performance while aligning with business objectives and vendor requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members to achieve project goals. - Monitor project progress and implement improvements to enhance team productivity and solution quality. - Support the development and mentoring of team members to foster professional growth. - Ensure adherence to best practices and organizational standards throughout the project lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Functional. - Strong knowledge of enterprise resource planning processes and business workflows. - Experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP modules to meet business needs. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP with other systems. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Functional. - This position is based at our Manila office.
