Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves managing the complete lifecycle of system features, ensuring seamless integration from the user interface to the backend processes. This role requires a focus on delivering innovative solutions that enhance client services, while embracing new technologies and methodologies. The work environment encourages a cloud-first approach and agile practices, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement to address complex business challenges effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
- Maintain high standards of code quality and system performance through rigorous testing and review.
- Continuously update knowledge of emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Solid understanding of backend development, RESTful APIs, and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies in a cloud-first environment.
- Experience working within agile development teams and utilizing version control systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our PDC5A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
