Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining innovative solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands a strategic approach to technology planning, ensuring that architectural frameworks align with organizational goals and provide a robust foundation for future growth and adaptability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies to enhance system architecture.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of architectural standards and practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with MongoDB (Platform), Infor Birst.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Experience in collaborating with diverse teams to drive architectural decisions and implementations.
- Familiarity with integration strategies and middleware technologies relevant to enterprise applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
