Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained through code reviews and testing strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), PySpark.
- Strong experience in software development using Python, including writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks and big data processing techniques.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software architectures that support high performance and reliability.
- Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Knowledge of debugging, profiling, and optimizing Python applications for enhanced performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
