The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.  

Position Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager for a 3-month contract to provide temporary cover for a critical portfolio of key clients (including higher education & enterprise accounts). Your primary mission will be to ensure seamless customer support, secure upcoming key account renewals, manage annual subscription invoicing, and identify incremental add-on opportunities during this transition period. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Key Account Renewals & Maintenance: Manage the end-to-end renewal cycle for critical clients (e.g., preparing quotations, contract details, and issuing annual subscription invoices). 

  • Customer Support & Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client inquiries promptly and ensuring high satisfaction levels.  

  • Revenue Add-Ons: Identify and capture quick-win upselling/cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize contract value.  

  • Operational Execution: Coordinate internally with finance and operations to track payment cycles, subscription dates, and account status updates. 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Experience: 6 + years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Account Executive roles (SaaS or Higher Education background preferred).  

  • Track Record: Proven ability to manage account renewals, client communications, and billing/invoicing processes.  

  • Business level of fluency in both verbal and written Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. 

  • Availability: Immediate or short-notice availability for a 3-month temporary commitment.  

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Complex Deal Track Record: Proven experience negotiating and closing complex, multi-product enterprise SaaS/HR tech deals. 

  • C-Suite Buy-In: Demonstrated success engaging C-level decision-makers and aligning multi-stakeholder groups across matrix organizations. 

  • Consultative & Value Selling: Skilled in diagnostic selling frameworks to quantify business impact and ROI. 

  • Hunter Mindset: Track record of driving net-new expansion, uncovering account whitespace, and consistently exceeding quota. 

  • Pipeline & Forecast Discipline: Strong discipline in pipeline health, CRM usage (Salesforce), and accurate forecasting. 

  • Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
