O que você vai fazer no seu dia a dia:
- Atuar nos processos de faturamento, incluindo a geração e o envio de documentos de cobrança aos fornecedores;
- Realizar a quitação das faturas dos franqueados e a reconciliação dos pagamentos;
- Gerenciar a carteira de fornecedores, garantindo a atualização das informações relacionadas à quitação das faturas;
- Acompanhar a carteira de inadimplentes e executar ações de cobrança, incluindo notificações por e-mail, contatos telefônicos com representantes financeiros de pessoas jurídicas e procedimentos relacionados ao Serasa;
- Prestar suporte e atender chamados relacionados a dúvidas, solicitações e ocorrências envolvendo cobranças;
- Atuar com os fornecedores na negociação e resolução de divergências ou conflitos relacionados às cobranças;
- Apoiar a liderança, a organização e a gestão das demandas dos times de Collections e Onboarding.
O que estamos procurando na pessoa que vai fazer parte do time:
- Experiência na execução de processos de faturamento, arrecadação e cobrança;
- Perfil analítico, proativo, resiliente e orientado à solução de problemas;
- Boa comunicação verbal e escrita em português, relacionamento interpessoal e habilidade de negociação;
- Conhecimento intermediário ou avançado de Excel;
- Capacidade de organizar demandas, atuar de forma colaborativa e apoiar diferentes times e fornecedores.
Além disso, é desejável conhecimento:
- Ensino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas relacionadas;
- Experiência na cadeia de compras;
- Vivência com processos de Collections e Onboarding;
- Inglês em nível intermediário ou avançado.
