Amazon.com is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support its work on M&A and other strategic transactions. The candidate must have a strong M&A and strategic transactions background and be able to manage large and complex transactions with tight deadlines, as well as research and advise on transactional and general corporate matters and work effectively with outside counsel. The candidate must be flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary. M&A, investments, and other transactional experience at a law firm and/or technology company is required. This role will be Seattle-based.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
