O que você vai fazer no seu dia a dia:
- Projetar, implementar e evoluir soluções de observabilidade, incluindo métricas, logs e tracing, com foco em confiabilidade, performance e visibilidade ponta a ponta;
- Desenvolver automações para reduzir atividades manuais, conhecidas como toil, aumentando a eficiência operacional e a escalabilidade dos ambientes;
- Atuar na operação, sustentação e evolução de ambientes Cloud e Kubernetes, garantindo boas práticas operacionais, governança e confiabilidade dos ambientes produtivos e não produtivos;
- Conduzir a gestão de incidentes críticos como Incident Commander, coordenando salas de crise e apoiando a tomada de decisão em cenários de alta criticidade;
- Participar de discussões sobre arquitetura de aplicações e infraestrutura, propondo melhorias e promovendo práticas de SRE, Observability as Code, Engenharia de Software e Shift-Left;
- Identificar oportunidades de otimização de custos e eficiência operacional por meio de práticas FinOps, colaborando com times multidisciplinares e influenciando decisões técnicas e prioridades estratégicas;
- Explorar e aplicar Inteligência Artificial para automação, produtividade, inovação e aceleração de entregas.
O que estamos procurando na pessoa que vai fazer parte do time:
- Experiência sólida em SRE, Observabilidade ou Engenharia de Plataforma;
- Experiência com ambientes Cloud, como Azure, AWS ou GCP;
- Conhecimento em ambientes distribuídos e microsserviços;
- Experiência com containers e Kubernetes;
- Conhecimento em linguagens de programação, como Python, Go ou similares;
- Vivência em automação, CI/CD e Infrastructure as Code;
- Experiência em sustentação e operação de plataformas críticas;
- Perfil analítico e forte capacidade de resolução de problemas;
- Excelente comunicação com públicos técnicos, executivos e áreas de negócio;
- Inglês intermediário ou avançado;
- Ensino Superior completo em áreas correlatas.
Além disso, é desejável conhecimento:
- Experiência com Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana ou ferramentas similares;
- Conhecimento em FinOps e Cloud Cost Management;
- Vivência em ambientes multi-cloud e/ou multi-cluster;
- Experiência com Inteligência Artificial aplicada à engenharia e às operações;
- Atuação em times de Platform Engineering, SRE ou Enablement;
- Certificações Cloud ou Kubernetes.
Tecnologias e ecossistema:
- Dynatrace;

- Cloud Platforms, como Azure, AWS e/ou GCP;
- Azure DevOps;
- Automação e CI/CD;
