Citi is looking for Full-Time Analysts to join the Citi Markets team. As part of Markets, your work can make an immediate impact. From providing financing solutions to the world’s leading corporations, governments, and institutional investors to trading or offering a robust range of products and services, you will gain varied and thorough knowledge in this intensive program.

Our Markets Analyst Program is unlike any other. It is a highly competitive and selective program that gives you the opportunity to immerse you in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you'll transact in a wide variety of products and build relationships with institutional investors across the globe. 

We'll provide you with access to senior professionals who will serve as your mentors throughout the program, allowing you to network with them, learn about their product areas, and ultimately become a full-time member of one of their teams. Our goal is to ensure that every Analyst is placed in a position that best aligns their skillsets and personal interests with the firm's needs.    

What we’ll need from you  

You are interested in Markets, and you're determined to succeed in the field. As industries all over the globe continue to restructure and grow, we are hiring professionals who have a global perspective on the future of banking and want to make an impact on the corporate level. We'll also be looking for the following:  

• You are graduating with a bachelor's degree by July 2027, or you are a recent graduate within the last two years. 

• You are fluent in English and Portuguese

• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• You are proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data analysis, lookups, basic modeling) and have working knowledge of PowerPoint and Outlook. Exposure to programming languages (VAB, Python) will be beneficial. 

• You have a foundational understanding of financial markets and their responsiveness to global trends.  

• You are familiar with the fundamentals of various asset classes and possess an awareness of current market trends and headlines.  

• You can independently conduct in-depth research to enhance your understanding of global markets.  

• You can analyze financial statements, risk assessments, and data reports, articulating key themes and trends effectively.  

• You have excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with a strong attention to detail and exceptional planning and organizational skills  

• You are intellectually curious and proactively seek out new and creative ideas  

• You are a self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a strong commitment to personal growth and career development, including mobility and flexibility  

• You have an unwavering commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making
