Job Description
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our HIV Treatment marketing team. This role will support the management and coordination of various financial and marketing activities for the HIV Treatment Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Primary Responsibilities:
Marketing Support:
- Support HIV Treatment brands and assist in managing websites, metadata, and submissions and reviews by PRC
- Assist with routing materials and coordinate with teams on shared field materials updates, including Field Direction Memos
- Ensure availability of materials in digital platforms (iLearn, Veeva CRM/Engage) and print (Lahlouh/GMOPS).
- Manage Continued Use Report and coordinate with brand leads for submitting materials to PRC for continued use.
- Coordinate cross-team engagement including with Community Liaisons and Therapeutics Specialists advisory committees
- Provide additional HIV marketing support and manage ad hoc requests and project management
- Coordinate materials for community events, conferences, major meetings.
- Develop work orders in partnership with brand leads
Production Management:
- Conduct monthly review and reporting of print materials; manage GMOP system (complete ASN and destruction forms, manage exception orders, track inventory, etc.)
- Coordinate and manage print estimates, approval and tracking; provide distribution information for promotional materials.
- Review and approve proofs for all promotional materials
Financial Management
- Manage overall finances across DTP/DTC marketing; manage LE, budget tracking, accruals, & forecasting
- Track WO/PO status daily and provide bi-weekly status reports to the team.
- Lead bi-weekly finance meetings with agency vendors, marketing team, and FP&A.
- Manage POs, invoicing, reporting and data entry for accruals reporting system
- Provide yearly print production cost reporting as requested by HIV BU.
Core Competencies:
- Strong organizational and project management skills, proactive with strong initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced, matrix environment
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with Six Years'' of experience
OR
Master's degree with Four Years' of experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree is in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in product management or marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- 4-6 years of pharma marketing agency experience.
- PRC submission, materials management experience is a plus.
- Financial management experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel; familiarity with digital marketing tools, experience with Veeva is a plus.
