At Amazon Logistics (AMZL), we strive to provide the best last mile customer experience by delivering every package to the customer’s doorstep or their location of choice through innovative delivery options, including in-home, in-car, and lockers. AMZL North America Learning & Development(L&D) team provides onboarding trainings and continuous education to all the non-exempt and exempt team members hired across the North America network of AMZL. L&D program management team is looking for a highly motivated program manager to support existing and new training programs, own all the business reporting, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, detail-oriented, good with people, and comfortable working with team members in the field. This position requires the ability to work with minimal direction, the capacity to work quickly and be flexible while delivering high-quality results. Having an eye for process improvement is critical as we evolve our processes.

The Program Manager will need to learn quickly about process and support other internal team members for daily tasks. S/he should be proactive in addressing issues, be able to identify any gaps in tools and process and suggest enhancements. In addition, s/he should be agile to implement any changes to the protocol in response to different needs and workflows, and be able to communicate clearly with internal and external team members and stakeholders, and identify opportunities for business reporting automation in partnership with the business analytics team.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage business reporting for all of NA L&D team in various business review forums
- Partner with change management team to identify training schedules and lead reporting on completion of the trainings per plan
- Work with key stakeholders to identify the measure of success, standardization measurement and reporting methods for all existing and new programs
- Identify opportunities for reporting automation and partner with business analytics team for implementation of change
- Track project tasks and timeline for all on-going projects and identify gaps in available capacity
- Communicate regularly with project tasks status, risks and recovery plan
- Lead small process improvement projects

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
