We are seeking a strategic thinker, communicator, and builder to join Amazon's Homepage and Navigation Experience (NavX) team as a Principal Product Manager - Technical. In this role, you will shape the future of navigation and discovery across Amazon's mobile app and website, enhancing the shopping experience for millions of customers worldwide every day. What You'll Bring

• Experience building and operating highly visible customer experiences at scale.
• Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to logically break down problems and translate vision into executable plans that others can understand.
• Problem-solving approach focused on enhancing the end-to-end customer experience across multiple features and systems, rather than any one feature in isolation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing leaders and stakeholders across functions and levels.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
