Description

The PBP Enablement Partner is responsible for the tools, processes, and headcount planning infrastructure that enable the People Business Partner (PBP) organization to operate at its best. This role sits at the intersection of operational rigor and strategic enablement, managing the PBP headcount model, driving a strong partnership between PBPE and the People Team's Centers of Excellence, and leading the systems and technology partnerships that shape how PBPs work, including our AI strategy.
Working closely with the PBP Enablement Leader, Finance, Analytics, COE partners, and People Leadership Team PBP leaders, this role turns data and priorities into clear tools, processes, and recommendations that help the PBP organization deliver at scale. This is a role for someone who can build something from scratch, operationalize it, and make it better over time.

Responsibilities

Headcount Model & Planning: Manage the People Business Partner headcount model: maintain, evolve, and govern the methodology, assumptions, and ratio framework
Track PBP spans, ratios, and coverage to surface gaps, capacity risks, and optimization opportunities and translate those into clear recommendations
Support the business planning cycle with data, modeling, and insights
Maintain the PBP mapping as the single source of truth for PBP assignments

Center of Excellence (COE) Partnership & Consistency: Build and operationalize the partnerships between PBPs and COEs
Develop and maintain the tools, templates, and processes that help PBPs and COEs work together effectively
Identify where practices vary across LOBs and lead efforts to improve consistency where it creates value
Partner with COE leads to align on service delivery expectations and ensure PBPs have what they need to deliver

Systems, Tools, Processes, and AI Enablement: Manage the systems and tooling needs for the PBP organization, identifying, evaluating, and partnering to implement solutions that improve how PBPs operate
Partner with People Analytics to define core PBP reporting needs, launch centralized PBP dashboards, and deliver team-wide enablement to drive data-informed insights
Lead process improvement efforts, identifying where manual work can be automated, where tools can reduce friction, and where AI can accelerate delivery
Partner with People Analytics and Technology teams to ensure PBP tools are connected, accurate, and useful
Support the PBP AI champion network, sharing best practices, driving adoption of AI tools across the PBP organization, and guiding how AI integrates into PBP workflows

Minimum Qualifications

12+ years in HR, People Operations, Workforce Planning, or a related field with meaningful experience in systems, tools, or operational roles
Strong analytical skills, comfortable building and maintaining workforce or resource models in Excel or similar tools
Experience building or managing processes that span multiple teams or functions
Demonstrated ability to work across ambiguity and evolving priorities without losing momentum

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with HR systems (Workday or similar) and a track record of improving how data is captured, maintained, and used
Familiarity with AI tools and a genuine interest in how they can change the way HR teams work
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate operational complexity into clear, simple recommendations for senior leaders
Experience driving consistency across a distributed or matrixed organization
Comfort operating as a builder, someone who can create something that doesn't exist yet and make it sustainable over time
Experience in a People Business Partner role
