Strategy Consulting Manager - Semiconductor Industry

Based in the Eindhoven region — one of Europe’s most important semiconductor hubs — you will work at the heart of an industry that is reshaping the global economy.

What you’ll do

You will work closely with senior executives to tackle high-impact questions such as:

• How can companies reinvent their operating models and core business processes to enable speed, resilience, and innovation?
• How do you translate strategy into end-to-end transformation, powered by data, AI, and digital technologies?
• How can organizations capture and track value at scale across complex transformation programs?

You will:

• Structure and solve complex strategic problems using data, insights, and hypothesis-driven thinking
• Work directly with client stakeholders to shape decisions and drive alignment
• Translate strategy into practical transformation roadmaps and ensure execution delivers tangible results
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (strategy & consulting, technology, data & AI, operations) to bring the best of Accenture to clients
• Build deep expertise in the semiconductor and high-tech ecosystem

• Lead workstreams and manage teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
• Drive storylining and synthesis of complex topics into clear strategic narratives
• Shape opportunities and contribute to business development
• Coach and develop junior team members

Who you are

We’re looking for people who combine strategic thinking with a drive to create real impact.

• Master’s degree (engineering, business, or a combination of both)
• 5+ years of experience in consulting within the semiconductor / high-tech industry
• Proven track record in delivering strategic projects end-to-end
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and guiding decision-making
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Affinity with technology, AI, and digital transformation
• Interest in the semiconductor / high-tech industry
• Willingness to work in the Eindhoven region and on client sites
