Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies, ensuring that the solutions you develop are scalable and meet the unique requirements of the business. Your work contributes directly to enhancing system performance and functionality, supporting the overall objectives of the organization through innovative and efficient software development.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Palantir Foundry.
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software architectures.
- Familiarity with integration of custom components within complex systems.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing software applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Palantir Foundry.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
