Project Role : Deployment Lead
Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.
Must have skills : Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance, Oracle Argus
Good to have skills : Veeva vault safety

Summary:
As a Deployment Lead, your day involves orchestrating the execution of a detailed deployment strategy that encompasses planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. You coordinate closely with various project teams to ensure all deployment activities are synchronized and interdependencies are managed effectively. Throughout the day, you monitor progress against the deployment plan, making adjustments as necessary to maintain alignment and achieve project goals. You also oversee training initiatives and pilot programs to support a smooth transition and successful implementation of the deployment objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of deployment methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the deployment process.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance, Oracle Argus.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Veeva vault safety.
- Strong knowledge of deployment planning and execution within regulated environments.
- Ability to manage complex project schedules and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Experience in monitoring project metrics and implementing corrective actions.
- Skilled in resource management and budgeting to support deployment activities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
