Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive features that span both the user interface and backend systems. This role requires actively contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. The work environment encourages a cloud-first approach combined with agile methodologies, fostering collaboration and adaptability to address complex business challenges effectively. The engineer engages in problem-solving and iterative development to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance across the entire system.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks and big data processing.
- Strong knowledge of backend and frontend development principles.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable applications.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing complex software systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in PySpark.
- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
