- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance software development practices.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices to maintain software quality and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Stibo Product Master Data Management.
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern programming frameworks.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management principles.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and maintainable code.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate within diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Stibo Product Master Data Management.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
